Summary
This Programme aims to bring together senior officials and decision-makers from ASEAN to discuss matters related to cybersecurity, and the technical, behavioural, and policy and legislative options that may be considered and implemented to make cyberspace more secure for everyone.
Details
The programme comprised presentation sessions on approaches to building effective national cybersecurity strategies and issues of key consideration when developing such strategies, such as approaches to legislation, encouraging information sharing in critical information infrastructures, cyber norms and raising cybersecurity awareness. The programme also included a table top exercise and a site visit to Microsoft’s Cybersecurity Centre.
