Aims / objectives
To enhance the transparency and openness of decision-making and governance, and to support democratic governance.
The project is divided into three components:
- Participation, eDemocracy, Open Governance
- eGovernance, Cyber Security, Data Protection
- Public Management Reform and New Leadership in a Complex Environment
Activities
- Fact-finding missions in each country
- Workshops, seminars and study visits
- Needs assessment, European best practice analyses and recommendations.
