The Forum and technical training on Cybersecurity for the Caribbean was organized at the kind invitation of the Ministry of Transport, Communication and Tourism of Surinam and took place from 3 until 7 July, 2017 in Paramaribo, Suriname.

The event counted with technical training sessions offered by international experts and forums for discussion, as well. The forums for discussions were oriented towards cybersecurity regional perspectives for the Caribbean where we gathered viewpoints of the government, of the industry, of the academia, and of different stakeholders as the critical infrastructure and service providers.
