The Academy prepares an analytical report describing the situation, next steps, medium-term (2-3 years) action plan and an approximate budget needed for implementing the relevant technical ICT solutions for developing e-governance in São Tomé and Príncipe.

Activities
Questionnaires to get statistics and brief information about the situation on the ground in São Tomé and Príncipe and the government’s future plans. The questionnaire includes questions about the way e-governance is currently organised at the government level and how responsibilities are divided between the various government institutions. Issues related to ICT infrastructure as well as legislation and strategy documents are also clarified in the questionnaire
- eGA experts’ mission to São Tomé and Príncipe
- A seminar for interested partners and stakeholders, where eGA experts give an overview of the Estonian experience of handling similar issues as São Tomé and Príncipe is facing and introduce the findings from the mission
- An analytic report describing the situation, next steps, medium-term (2-3 years) action plan and approximate budget needed
