Aim

The aim of this project was to carry out a Cybersecurity Capacity Maturity Model (CMM) of the Global Cyber Security Capacity Centre (GCSCC) to provider a review of Morocco’s capacity infrastructure. The aim was to give stakeholders a better understanding of national and critical infrastructure cybersecurity capacities while being able to prioritise investment and make strategic decisions.

Context

The GCSCC published the Cybersecurity Capacity Maturity Model for Nations (CMM) in 2016 to help nations understand what works, what does not work and why, across all areas of cybersecurity capacity. This aims to enable governments and enterprises to adopt policies and make investments that have the potential to significantly enhance safety and security in cyberspace.  The updated CMM  was applied for the assessment.
