Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams (FIRST)

Founded in 1990, the Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams (FIRST) consists of internet emergency response teams from more than 360 corporations, government bodies, universities and other institutions across over 78 countries. It promotes cooperation among computer security incident response teams through developing and sharing technical information and best practices, and organizing events to promote these efforts. FIRST promotes the creation and expansion of Incident Response teams across all industries and regions.
