As part of the Global Action on Cybercrime Extended (GLACY)+ program by the European Union (Instrument Contributing to Peace and Stability) and the Council of Europe, this document delineates 16 principles that constitute a common base and an aspirational reference for judicial training on cybercrime and electronic evidence. The principles are intended to provide a set of recommendations to be considered when defining the national strategy for judicial training on cybercrime and electronic evidence, based on the European Judicial Training Network and from international best practices.
