Global Cyber Expertise Magazine – Issue 8 – November 2020

The Global Cyber Expertise Magazine is a bi-annual magazine on global cyber policy developments and capacity building projects. The Magazine is jointly published by the African Union, the European Union, the Global Forum on Cyber Expertise and the Organization of American States.

In this edition, we see a number of articles addressing the impact of COVID-19 on digital transformation, cybersecurity and capacity building activities. As we begin to accept this new normal in the (post) COVID-19 era, governments and organizations are actively finding ways to overcome new challenges in this domain, such as shifting capacity building activities to the virtual space. From Asia & Pacific, find out more about the GFCE Pacific Hub in an interview with our new GFCE Pacific Liaison. Learn more about CERT NZ’s awareness campaigns and APNIC Foundation’s projects in the Pacific and in Southeast Asia.
