Activities: Developing a national web-based information system to track and monitor all social investments in the country, like the family cash transfer. Pilot projects are using mobile technologies to improve service delivery in poor communities, exploring what ‘m-governance’ can offer.
Aims: To gain data to fight chronic malnutrition among children under age 5.
