Summary
This project promoted international norms of responsible state behaviour in cyberspace, confidence-building measures (CBMs) and international cooperation through regional training courses for non-UK diplomats and government officials through training. The project was delivered by ICT for Peace, who mapped existing training providers;produced new training material on international law and norms;and ran regional training workshops in Africa (Nairobi in March 2015 and Addis Ababa in February 2016), South America (Bogota in 2014) and Asia (Singapore in October 2015).
