Summary
This project seeks to serve as a pilot to test the GFCE Cyber Capacity Building (CCB) Research Agenda Mechanism and addresses a minimum of three (3) research needs related to CCB. This research mechanism aims to address capacity building gaps and contribute new, practical knowledge on CCB.

Aim
The aim of the Global Research Agenda is to support the work of the GFCE Working Groups and the activities of members and partners of the GFCE Community.
Outcomes
All research generated will aim to provide material, content, evidence and data that will directly inform cyber capacity building writ large.
