Summary

With the primary focus – capacity building through training sessions on product security evaluations, the Cyber Capacity Building Program aims to enhance the cyber-resilience of a broader ICT ecosystem through providing knowledge to its members – government organizations, academic institutions and companies relying on digital products.

Details

Activities include training sessions on 5 modules: Evaluating Product Security, Threat Modelling, Secure Code Review, Code Fuzzing, and Vulnerability Management and Disclosure.

Given our common increased vulnerability due to growing ICT supply chains and interconnectedness, we may only speak about the cyber-resilience of the broader ICT ecosystem only when its members (meaning here broadly all organizations relaying on digital products) are able to ensure the security and integrity of their IT infrastructures as well as to manage and mitigate cybersecurity risks. Therefore, the Cyber Capacity Building Program is the dedicated training which aims to provide product security evaluation knowledge to businesses, including SMEs, government organizations and academic institutions (universities). Available in online and offline formats, it is designed to help them develop practical tools and knowledge for security assessments. Only then can they ensure the security and integrity of third-party applications that are integrated into their IT infrastructures and networks. Through the program, organizations are able to identify cybersecurity risks, as well as manage and mitigate them.
