The SR-IX is a neutral independent non-profit oriented institution constituted on the basis of an Agreement of Understanding voluntarily subscribed between Internet service providers, telecommunications companies, content providers companies, academic institutions, universities, public telecommunications institutions, telecommunications institutions non-profit oriented, and other stakeholders interested in exchanging Internet traffic and governed by the terms established in this Regulation.
