Summary

Deliver a four day pilot course to ASEAN government officials, covering issues that explore the linkages between human rights, technology and cyber security. These issues include: management of harmful online content in support of human rights, the increased reliance on digital service providers and associated risks, and online surveillance and monitoring activities.
