Summary

This project established the Global Cyber Security Capacity Centre (GCSCC) at the University of Oxford’s Oxford Martin School to develop knowledge and understanding on how to deliver effective cybersecurity.  It supported the development and roll out of a national cyber security review process using the Cybersecurity Capacity Maturity Model for Nations (CMM).

It also created the “Cybersecurity Capacity Portal” from 2015-2019 which was succeeded by CYBIL in 2019.

The GCSCC also started with the development of a framework for national cyber harm assessment and measurement, including a taxonomy for cyber harm.
