Component Cyber: Promote openness and freedom of the Internet, encourage efforts to develop norms of behaviour and apply existing international laws in cyberspace. Build cybersecurity capacity. Cooperation agains cyber attacks. Support the CoE Convention on Cybercrime (“the Budapest Convention”).
