This project funded by the Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance (DCAF) and implemented by NRD Cyber Security provided a detailed analysis and description for the establishment of a sectorial CERT for Energy (Kosovo eCERT) within the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Kosovo.*

Aim
The objective of the project was to carry out an assessment that could be used as the blueprint for the design and implementation phases for the establishment of a sectorial CERT for Energy in Kosovo.
Outcomes
The main outcome of this project was the preparation of an Assessment Report.
*This designation is without prejudice to positions on status, and is in line with UNSCR 1244/1999 and the ICJ opinion on the Kosovo declaration of independence.
