Summary
Aims: To enable APEC member economies to work together on the implementation of the APEC Privacy Framework.
Objectives: (1) conceptual framework principles;(2) Consultative process;(3) Practical documents;(4) Implementation;(5) Education and outreach.
Activities: Developing and implementing a Cross-Border Privacy Rules (CBPR) system, consistent with the APEC Privacy Framework which was endorsed by APEC Ministers in 2004.
