Summary
This project helped provide reliable metrics and mitigation best practices for tackling DDOS and other systemic risk indicators to Cyber Security Incident Response Teams (CSIRTs), network operators, and policy makers. The project implementer, CyberGreen, published country-specific data on their website (www.cybergreen.net), spoke at international conferences, produced bespoke reports and gave advice to developing countries.
