This project provided two-day training courses for law enforcement in five regional centres (The Hague;Sao Paulo;Singapore;Hong Kong and Accra) in how to disrupt criminal ICT infrastructure by working with registrars and internet service providers to shut down criminal websites and email adresses where the terms of service policies are being breached.
