Summary
Deloitte acts as key advisor and implementer in this strategic initiative to establish, enhance and operate the SOC/CERT bringing together extensive expertise in building national government and private sector SOC/CERTs. Deloitte leads the definition of the Operating Model that includes: mission and objectives, services portfolio, organisational structure, processes and procedure, team member profile, training program, supporting technologies and tools. Furthermore, Deloitte is supporting strategy and roadmap, rolling-out processes and technologies, training on the job, international affiliations with several National CERTs of the countries where the Group has business operations.
