Fundación CAPA 8, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is a non-profit non-governmental organization (NGO) (NPO) that develops studies, content and initiatives around cyberspace from a perspective of rights, protection and information security. Since its foundation, Capa8 encourages meetings to promote a reliable and safe digital culture compatible with citizen’s human rights. They work for prevention progress and strengthening and cyberspace security for the improvement of democracy, respect and guarantees of human rights and fundamental freedoms.
