France – Expertise France

Expertise France is a French public agency which implements, evaluates and monitors more than 380 projects in 145 countries of operation. They are active in the design and implementation of international technical cooperation and development projects.

Expertise France supports partner institutions – primarily central government administrations, but also regional organizations, local governments and civil society organizations – from determining their needs to the final evaluation of the actions conducted.
