Summary
The aim of the project was to study and analyse the Vietnam’s current cybersecurity status and needs. Information will be gathered by the ITU Global Cybersecurity Index, as well as public sources. In addition, the project involved:
- The study of institutional and organizational requirements, and arrangements for setting-up National CIRT.
- Undertaking a series of interactions and discussions with the relevant stakeholders to assess the level of readiness concerning the establishment of the National CIRT.
- Conducting training to impart basic knowledge on key concepts surrounding National CIRT such as operations, maintenance and coordination of CIRTs with relevant agencies.
- Producing an assessment report.
