Aim
The aim of the mission was to better understand the changes introduced by the Cybersecurity Act, to align with the development trends in the field of cybersecurity in the EU, especially in view of the adoption of NIS2. In addition, to adapt provisions of the Act to the existing legal framework and better understand the role of ENISA.
Context
Short-term assistance concerning the adoption of NIS2 and some of the provisions of the Cybersecurity Act to the existing legal framework in Serbia, cooperation with ENISA in view of Article 12 of the Cybersecurity Act
Outcomes
Adoption of NIS2, legislative changes in terms of cybersecurity certification, understanding the newly assumed role of ENISA

Presentation covering topics related to cooperation with third countries, certification schemes and framework, cybersecurity act, capacity building in terms of improving capabilities
