Aim

The main objective of this assignment was to provide recommendations to the Government of Armenia on developing a policy framework in the field of critical information infrastructure, aligned with international experiences and good practices.

Outputs

Summary Report:
An overview of CIIP best practices was provided, key stakeholders were mapped, Armenia’s current landscape was assessed, and an outline for a national CIIP policy framework was proposed.

Final Report:
A detailed CIIP policy framework was presented, covering governance, risk monitoring, incident response, information sharing, compliance, and capacity building, along with a proposed action plan.

Outcomes

The project’s results will help Armenia take initial steps toward identifying critical information infrastructure and developing resilience standards, potentially guiding future cybersecurity legislation and strengthening national cyber resilience.
