Summary
This project supported stronger cyber crime capacity in Eastern Europe through a week-long training programme and exercise hosted in the UK for 4 countries in October 2017. The participating countries were Ukraine, Estonia, Moldova, Romania. The UK, US and Europol also took part. The exercise built upon previous capacity building projects exercises Silver Shadow and Silver Tower. A two-day preparatory workshop was followed by a four-day immersive cyber crime exercise and then debriefing to identify lessons and next steps.
