Summary
Partners: Norway Grants program, Seed Forum Estonia Foundation, Seed Forum Norway Foundation, Watchcom.
Aims: To strengthen, implement and develop cooperation between leading entities in Norway and Estonia within the areas of e-governance, cybersecurity, innovation, and business development.
Objectives: To develop a future collaboration between partners in the public and private sectors in Norway and Estonia within e-governance and cyber security. To conclude on a common platform for a Norwegian-Estonian e-Government lab incubator in Tallinn for new e-Government initiatives.
To conclude on further replicable collaboration models between the partners in development cooperation regions.
