Summary

The Design Mission is an integral part of the activities prescribed for the implementation of a National CIRT. Its primary objective is to collect data, interact with stakeholders and perform visits that will enable effective validation, analysis, mapping of processes and elaboration of workflows.

The final outcome and deliverable of this mission will be a Design Document which addresses the following aspects: CIRT positioning;Identify CIRT services;Identify processes and related workflows;Identify policies and procedures;Relationship with constituency and communication strategy;Technology;Premises and Human Resources. This Design report will be prepared and submitted by ITU within 4 weeks after the experts have completed the on-site visit.

The Design report will be used as blueprint for implementing the National CIRT.
