Suggest a page edit

Summary

Estonia as one of the most advanced digital society attracts governments and institutions to learn from Estonian experience. eGA provided tailor-made training courses on digital transformation and e-governance to help government officials around the world better understand the importance of information society development.

The courses clarified the decisions that organisations need to make to build or enhance administrative capacity and develop sustainable public service delivery in their country. Tailored training programs took place in Estonia or in the beneficiary country, for example in India, Mauritius, Samoa and Vietnam.

In this project, eGA acted as coordination and advisory body on e-government to different delegations from developing countries (according to the listing, provided by OECD) on training courses and visits, as well as covered relevant costs to welcome delegations.
