Summary
The International Law, Norms, and Confidence Building Measures in Cyberspace training increases the level of knowledge and awareness of the participants on the applicability of international law in cyberspace and voluntary norms and principles of responsible state behaviour as well as to increase awareness on the OSCE cyber/ICT security CBMs, and how to operationalize them effectively.
