Summary
Existing policy documents, strategies, roadmaps were reviewed and the existing digital governance situation in Guyana mapped by e-Governance Academy (eGA). A fact-finding mission with a best practice workshop was implemented in Guyana, after which a delegation from Guyana undertook a study visit to Estonia to see the operationalisation of e-governance in practice. Consultations on a draft roadmap followed in Guyana, resulting in the presentation of a Digital Governance Roadmap and Costed Action Plan to the Government.
