Provide six in-country cyber security exercises (sliding scale of basic [non-technical] through to advanced [technical]). Exercises will be tailored to current regional threat profiles through three phases: Phase 1: cyber security fundamentals; Phase 2: common [malicious] actor tradecraft – tools, techniques and practices (TTPs); and Phase 3: advanced [malicious] actor tradecraft.
