Recognizing that APEC is an economic cooperation forum, Thailand proposed to draft the APEC Framework for Securing the Digital Economy (“the Framework”) to provide non-binding principles and strategic recommendation to inform member economies as they develop policy and regulatory frameworks to secure their digital economies, and their digital futures.
