The National Telecommunications Commission (CONATEL) is the specialized technical entity of the State of Honduras that regulates telecommunications services, manages the radio spectrum, promotes the development of Telecommunications and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), promoting investment, universal access, by promoting of the competition, promoting the quality of service and guaranteeing the rights of the users.
