The aim of the project was to perform a comprehensive Technical Audit of the current Financial Management Systems under Ministry of Finance (MoF) and present its findings in a formal workshop to secure consensus among the Ministry’s stakeholders.

Main activities of the project included:
– Systems Audit report
– IT Risk Assessment Report
– Security Policy
– Gap analysis for International standards compliance (ISO 27001, COBIT)
– Recommendation of corrective activities along with their implementation schedule
– Specific recommendations on possible network architecture and security policies on opening up the current network to the Internet
