The aim of the expert mission was to focus on strengthening the capacities to respond to cyber security incidents. This involved optimising and practising escalation scenarios, crisis decision-making, escalation procedures and ensuring efficient utilisation of available tools. Experts from Czech Republic provided advice on the legal and institutional framework, including inter-institutional coordination.
