Summary

To promote the development and implementation of human-rights compliant and gender mainstreamed actionable policies and programmatic recommendations aimed to improve the efficiency of national efforts to address the threats posed by the use of the internet for terrorist purposes in SEE by facilitating the exchange of lessons learned and good practices, and by encouraging their integration into broader national strategies and action plans to prevent and counter violent extremism and terrorism.
