Summary
OAS support to Mexico national strategy: This project helped OAS provide advice to Mexico as it drafted its first national cyber security strategy. The support covered exchanging cybersecurity best practices and experiences, measuring current capabilities and providing recommendations to the Mexican Government. Mexico published its new strategy in 2017. In 2018-19 the project focused on n strengthening cybersecurity in the Mexican financial sector with greater engagement between the public and private sector.
