LATAM CISO

An initiative created under the Center for Cybersecurity Policy & Law (CCPL), aimed to create a multistakeholder and interdisciplinary network of cybersecurity professionals from diverse sectors interested in cyber and digital issues.

Digi Americas & LATAM CISO aims to gather and coordinate input from its members to shape a set of policy priorities and technical issues to address in the Americas. The Platform develops innovative proposals while promoting open competition and democratic principles across the western hemisphere.

The group partners with stakeholders worldwide openly and collaboratively to support common objectives in the Americas region. Members understand the value of proactively engaging with governments, the private sector, civil society organizations, and international organizations, among other relevant stakeholders, to positively shape and advance common Cybersecurity and Digital policy priorities LATAM CISO promote initiatives towards an open, interoperable, reliable, and secure Internet based on global, consensus-based standards.
